The Bespoke Process

  • First step of our design process for bespoke commissions.

    1. Consultation

We'll organise an initial consultation, either in person or via email/video, to discuss your ideas, budget, story, and inspiration.

During this consultation, we'll collaboratively refine your design ideas to bring your exact vision to life.

Whether you have a clear idea, a specific style in mind, or want to start from scratch, we're always eager to explore new concepts with you.

    2. Concepting

Following the consultation, we'll create visual design concepts for your idea. Upon approval, we'll meticulously source and review diamonds and gemstones for your bespoke jewellery piece.

    3. Sourcing

Martin and Harry will source fine diamonds and gemstones tailored to your design and budget.

Leveraging Martin's extensive expertise, we ensure the highest quality of diamonds, considering every aspect of the stone. Our diamonds are sourced from prestigious and sustainably conscious global suppliers, ensuring peace of mind (for more information about our sustainability pledge, click here).

    4. Creation

Once the design, stone, and costs are approved, we'll engage with our master goldsmiths and setters to craft your bespoke jewellery.

Our foundation rests on exceptional attention to detail, with thorough quality checks at every stage before delivery.

The bespoke process typically takes 4-8 weeks, and we can accommodate custom timelines for special occasions if needed.
